Purchase Order Policy
1. Order Acceptance
The supplier shall acknowledge and accept this Purchase Order within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may be treated as acceptance of all terms stated herein
2. Right to Modify or Cancel
BETA SOLUTIONZ reserves the right to modify or cancel this Purchase Order, in whole or in part, at any time. The supplier shall comply with such changes without dispute.
3. Quality & Compliance Warranty
The supplier warrants that all goods supplied
Are of merchantable quality
Are free from defects
Comply with all applicable industry standards, specifications, and regulations
4. Delivery Terms
Goods must be delivered on or before the agreed delivery date. If delivery is delayed, BETA SOLUTIONZ reserves the right to cancel the order (fully or partially) without any liability or cancellation charges.
5. Price Declaration
The supplier confirms that the invoice reflects the true and actual price of the goods supplied and that all details mentioned are accurate and complete.
6. Inspection & Rejection
BETA SOLUTIONZ reserves the right to inspect goods upon receipt. Any goods found defective, damaged, or not meeting specifications may be rejected and returned at the supplier’s cost.

8. Packing & Transportation
Goods must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit. The supplier shall be responsible for any loss or damage due to improper packaging
9. Risk & Title
Ownership and risk of loss shall pass to BETA SOLUTIONZ only upon successful delivery and acceptance of the goods.

10. Penalty / Liquidated Damages (Optional but Recommended)
In case of delay in delivery, BETA SOLUTIONZ may impose a penalty
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), provided prompt notice is given.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Namakkal.
13. Confidentiality
The supplier shall not disclose any information related to this order to third parties without prior written consent.
