Return policy

BETA SOLUTIONZ supplies industrial, electronic, mechanical, electrical, and specialized procurement products. Due to the nature of these products, returns are accepted only under the conditions below.

Returns are accepted only if:

* Incorrect product supplied by BETA SOLUTIONZ.

* Product received damaged during transit.

* Manufacturing defect confirmed by the manufacturer.

* Prior written approval has been obtained from BETA SOLUTIONZ.

The following items cannot be returned:

* Customized or made-to-order products.

* Imported products procured specifically for customer orders.

* Obsolete or hard-to-find components.

* Products opened, used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

* Software, licenses, and special procurement items.

Customers must notify us within *7 calendar days* of receiving the goods.

Return requests should include:

* Invoice number

* Product details

* Quantity

* Reason for return

* Supporting photographs (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.

Refunds may be issued as:

* Replacement

* Credit Note

* Bank Transfer (where applicable)

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by BETA SOLUTIONZ.

Manufacturer warranties apply wherever offered by the original manufacturer. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
