Invoice policy
1. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged
2. All applicable taxes are included or added as per government regulations
3. Payment should be made within the agreed credit period from the invoice date
4. Interest @ 1.5% per month will be charged on all overdue invoices.
5. Warranty, if applicable, is provided as per the manufacturer’s policy
6. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods
7. All disputes are subject to Namakkal jurisdiction only
8. Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our premises
9. E & O.E. (Errors and Omissions Excepted).
